Bisphenols

The use of bisphenols in plastics, rubber, printing inks, paints, etc. is regulated by Regulation (EU) 2024/3190. The use of bisphenols that are classified as carcinogenic, mutagenic, or toxic to reproduction (Cat. 1A and 1B) or as endocrine disruptors with effects on human health (Cat. 1) in accordance with CLP Regulation (EC) 1272/2008 is prohibited. These include, for example, bisphenols A, S, and AF. This method allows you to check the residual content of bisphenol A and otheres in packaging.
